Member Services Representative Full Time Flex
About The Position
The Member Services Representative works at the front desk to create a positive member experience through excellent customer service and facility cleanliness. The role includes checking members into the system, leading prospective members on tours, helping them sign up for new accounts, and facilitating updates to member accounts. Representatives respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating issues to an Assistant Manager or Manager when needed. The position also involves detailed cleaning throughout the facility and following the company's safety and sanitation protocols.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers while exceeding member expectations.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions and use appropriate behavior and language.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk continually during the shift.
- Ability to talk continually in person or on the phone during the shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally encounter commercial cleaning products during the shift.

Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
- Check members into the system.
- Take prospective members on tours and assist with the new account sign-up process.
- Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to an Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
- Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
- Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including mask requirements, sanitizing equipment and facilities, touchless check-in, and safe-distance practices.
