About The Position

Genisys Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative for its Chesterfield branch. The position ensures members are served promptly and professionally by performing a broad range of member service functions. It includes an opportunity to earn incentive pay.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment.
• Good typing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lending processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell credit union products and services to provide high-quality member service and help reach credit union goals and objectives.
• Open and close membership accounts.
• Perform loan transactions, from processing applications through payout, in accordance with Genisys lending procedures and guidelines.
• Promptly resolve members’ requests and questions in person, over the phone, or through other communication methods.
• Maintain and project the Credit Union’s quality reputation.
• Obtain the appropriate state license to sell loan protection insurance.
