About The Position

The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides an exceptional member experience and encourages members to achieve their fitness goals. The role helps create a clean, judgment-free environment where members feel welcome and supported. Representatives engage and encourage members, introduce them to Black Card amenities, and help connect new and current members with fitness trainers and classes. The position also supports front-desk operations, including member check-ins, greetings and farewells, energetic and low-pressure tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities. The schedule varies and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays. The employer offers competitive salaries, a PF Black Card membership, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Passion for helping others.
Dependable and punctual.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.

Responsibilities

Deliver consistently exceptional customer service and encourage members on their fitness journeys.
Help maintain a clean, judgment-free club environment.
Find new and current members to join fitness trainers in fitness classes.
Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
Assist at the welcome desk by checking in members and providing greetings and farewells.
Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours and member enrollment.
Support other club responsibilities.
Engage members and help create a welcoming, family-like experience.
