About The Position

This role is responsible for greeting Members and their guests, answering phones, directing calls, and booking lodging and amenities. The goal is to foster connections and ensure the team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

• A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership.
• Comfortable working with a computer and various software programs.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures for both lodging and spa services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
• Greet members and guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee inquiries related to spa services and lodging, while operationally managing the actual booking process.
• Assist with the wide range of other amenities offered at the Club.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• Any other duties, as assigned.
