Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a customer service or cash handling role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union products and services.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
