Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and technology
Able to perform basic math accurately
Confident handling financial transactions in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash handling experience is helpful but not required
Banking experience is not required-we'll provide the training you need to succeed

Responsibilities

Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately
Building relationships by providing exceptional member service
Identifying member needs and recommending products and services that can help them achieve their financial goals
Answering questions and resolving account inquiries
Maintaining accurate cash handling and balancing your cash drawer
Following security procedures and operational policies
Working collaboratively with your team to create an outstanding member experience
