About The Position
As a Member Relations Processor, you'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps member accounts accurate, supports exceptional service, and helps our operations run smoothly every day. You'll help keep our operations running smoothly by processing loan documents, maintaining accurate member account information, and supporting a variety of account services. You'll work with confidential information, ensure documentation and liens are completed accurately and on time, and assist members with services such as safe deposit box access. Every day requires attention to detail, a commitment to compliance, and a passion for delivering exceptional member service.
