About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring a Member Financial Solutions Specialist (early-stage collections counselor) for a Fortune 100 financial institution in Pensacola, Florida. The role supports customers experiencing early-stage financial challenges by providing customer service, financial guidance, and solutions related to consumer loan and credit card accounts. The work takes place in a high-volume call center environment and involves inbound and outbound calls, use of an auto-dialer, and handling accounts 1–30 days past due. The role averages 80–120 or more calls per day.

The position is hybrid, with three days onsite and two days working from home. Training is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. CST. After training, the schedule is Monday through Saturday, working five days per week, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. CST. This is a contract position based in Pensacola, Florida.
