About The Position

At VASA Fitness, the Member Experience Specialist is the first friendly face members encounter at the front desk and helps create an inclusive, welcoming community. The role sets the tone for each visit by greeting members warmly, building personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized. Employees work regularly scheduled shifts during business hours and assist members and sell services in person.
