About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as MedTech. The successful candidate will own, build, and run their startup, taking full responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenues. They will take part in a customised personal development programme created by unicorn founders, receive weekly 1:1 sparring, and gain access to a community of founders, peers, and investors. EWOR provides support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, startup development and reaching product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise multi-million-euro funding. The role is described as 100% remote. Candidates may receive a salary while building their startup as an employee of EWOR or alternatively opt for up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating.
• Willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent English communication skills.
