About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as MedTech. The role involves taking ownership of, building, and running a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The selected entrepreneur will receive either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders; access to a community of founders, peers, and investors; assistance with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals; guidance on reaching product-market fit and developing sales or marketing capabilities; and intensive coaching to prepare for raising substantial funding. The role also includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
