About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as HealthTech. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The role includes a customized personal development programme, weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder, peer, and investor community, help building a team through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and assistance with product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. The candidate may receive a salary while building the startup or opt for up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also provides intensive coaching to prepare startups for fundraising and support toward securing a multi-million-euro funding round.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as HealthTech.
- Participate in a customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
- Build a team with support from EWOR’s professional network.
- Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
- Build a sales force or marketing engine, as appropriate.
- Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, with intensive coaching and fundraising support.
