About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own HealthTech startups. The Co-Founder / CPO will own, build, and run a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. Founders receive a salary while building their startup through direct employment by EWOR, or may choose up to €500k in funding.

The role includes weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder, peer, and investor community, and support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on reaching product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to secure a multi-million-euro funding round. Fellows follow a customised personal-development programme and receive coaching from serial entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
