About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as logistics. The selected founder will own, build, and run their own startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, and access to a community of founders, peers, and investors.

EWOR provides support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, product iteration toward product-market fit, and building a sales force or marketing engine. The founder also receives intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, plus support in securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months. The offer includes a salary while building the startup through direct employment by EWOR, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
