About The Position
EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as logistics. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring, and coaching on goal, time, and energy management. EWOR also provides support with hiring through its network of more than 50,000 professionals, advice and practices from serial entrepreneurs, product iteration toward product-market fit, and help building a sales force or marketing engine. Founders receive intensive preparation to raise millions in funding and support in securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months on average. The offer includes a salary while building the startup through direct employment, or the alternative of opting for up to €500,000 in funding.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
