About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale a startup in fields such as MedTech. The selected candidate will own, build, and run their startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customized personal development program designed by unicorn founders, with focus on goal, time, and energy management. Fellows receive support with recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance and best practices from serial entrepreneurs, and intensive coaching to prepare their startup for major fundraising. EWOR also supports product iteration toward product-market fit and helps build a sales force or marketing engine.

The offer includes a salary while building the startup as a direct EWOR employee, or the alternative of up to €500,000 in funding. Founders receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, distribution support, and assistance securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months on average. The job is 100% remote; candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.

Requirements
