About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as cybersecurity. The selected entrepreneur will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The program includes weekly 1:1 sparring, access to a community of founders and investors, assistance with team building and hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and support with product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. Fellows receive intensive coaching and a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. The opportunity offers either a salary while building the startup as a direct EWOR employee or the option of up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also provides support intended to help founders secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
