Cybersecurity Co-Founder / CPO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)
About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own cybersecurity startups. The role involves owning, building, and running a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The founder may receive a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or opt for up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders; access to a community of founders, peers, and investors; hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals; guidance on reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities; and intensive coaching to prepare for a multi-million-euro funding round. Fellows also follow a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run a startup in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Participate in a customised personal development programme to enhance goal, time, and energy management.
- Build a team, with hiring support and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
- Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.
- Iterate the product toward product-market fit and develop a sales force or marketing engine.
