About The Position
This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in fields such as MedTech. You will own, build, and run your startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The role includes a salary while building the startup through direct employment, or the alternative of opting for up to €500k in funding. The support includes weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders; access to a community of founders, peers, and investors; help hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals; guidance on product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine; and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. The programme also includes a customised personal-development journey focused on goal, time, and energy management. Funding support is provided for pursuing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the posting states that EWOR Fellows raise more than €2M on average after the Grand Pitch.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
