About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as MedTech. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup, taking full responsibility for its development and growth. They will participate in a customised personal-development programme designed by unicorn founders, receive ongoing coaching and guidance from serial entrepreneurs, and get support with hiring, product development, reaching product-market fit, and building a sales or marketing operation. The programme also provides intensive preparation and support for raising funding.

The candidate may be directly employed by EWOR and receive a salary while building the startup, or may opt for up to €500,000 in funding. The offer includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, and support from a network of more than 50,000 professionals.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
