About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as B2B. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee, or the option to receive up to €500k in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance on reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. The founder will also follow a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
