About The Position

Requirements

• Hold current active MACE national licensure without enforcement action, or hold an active Washington NAC and have experience working in a skilled nursing facility, with at least 1,000 hours in the past calendar year.
• Speak, understand, read, and write English proficiently.
• Pass a background check with no disqualifying events; employment is contingent on passing the check.
• Provide at least two favorable professional references.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned residents receive medications and treatments as ordered in their care plans.
• Direct NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow facility policies, including policies related to infection control and safety.
• Complete charting in PCC daily and before the end of the shift.
• Complete assessments assigned by the Supervising RN, RCM, and/or DNS.
