About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Upper Arlington. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with several 12-hour shift options, and full-time or part-time schedules. TheKey emphasizes caregiver support, meaningful relationships with aging adults, and career development.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide mobility support.
• Perform basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
