About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Upper Arlington. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, supporting personal care, companionship, mobility, transportation, and household tasks. The role offers Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., or 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with full-time and part-time schedule options. The listed pay rate is $18–$20 per hour.

TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while caregivers build relationships with clients and support aging adults. Caregivers must meet state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Must comply with state background-screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Support clients with mobility.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
