Caregiver - 12 Hour Shifts

About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregiver to provide in-home care on 12-hour day shifts. Caregivers travel to clients’ homes, commuting up to 30 miles from home, and spend each shift with one client to provide consistent, dedicated support.
Requirements
- Previous professional caregiving experience.
- Ability and willingness to commit to 12-hour day shifts.
- Willingness and ability to commute up to 30 miles from home to a client's location for a 12-hour shift.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Dependable, compassionate, and adaptable.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
- Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping.
- Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home.
