About The Position

The Medication Aide supports residents by assisting with or administering medications in accordance with state requirements and written physician orders. The role is suited to a caring, organized person who can multitask and communicate effectively with residents and staff. The posted schedule is 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. This is a part-time overnight position.

Requirements

Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification and compliance with the state's specific certification requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
Caring, organized, and able to multitask.

Nice To Haves

At least six months of relevant experience working with older adults; priority is given to candidates with this experience.
