About The Position
Spring Arbor Cottages of Salisbury is hiring a compassionate, dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) / Med Tech to support its Memory Care team in Midlothian, Virginia. The advertised opening is part-time, first shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. PRN, as-needed opportunities across all shifts are also mentioned. Requirements
- Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification or another applicable medication administration qualification.
- At least 18 years old.
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
- Able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred.
- CNA/PCA experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications in accordance with Virginia regulations.
- Assist residents with daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor resident well-being and report changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
- Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers.
- Provide compassionate, personalized care to Memory Care residents.
