About The Position

SANTÉ Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Clinical Manager to oversee daily clinical operations and lead its aesthetic care team. The role works closely with the Medical Director, Clinic Director, injectors, aestheticians, and administrative staff to maintain high standards of service, safety, and efficiency. The position also supports occasional after-hours client appreciation gatherings, VIP launches, and promotional events, requiring schedule flexibility.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail in clinical compliance, inventory tracking, and patient documentation.
Proven track record of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Willingness and availability to work non-traditional hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and scheduling software.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is strongly preferred.
Experience with Aesthetic Records or similar EMR software.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical workflows to ensure efficient treatment schedules, provider readiness, and high-quality patient experiences.
Manage clinical inventory, medical supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor ordering.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, state licensing standards, and clinical safety protocols.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team environment.
Supervise, mentor, and assist in onboarding and training clinical team members.
Partner with clinic leadership and providers to optimize client appointment scheduling and clinical throughput.
Participate in planning, organizing, and executing occasional after-hours VIP events, open houses, and promotional gatherings.
Adjust working hours to accommodate evening or weekend event schedules.
