About The Position

The Diagnostic Imaging Sales Specialist is responsible for meeting and exceeding territory sales goals through strategic, face-to-face sales calls, with a primary focus on growing referral volume to Touchstone Imaging Centers. The role requires strong selling skills and business planning ability, along with flexibility and the ability to produce results in a fast-paced, changing environment. The territory is Mesquite, Texas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate job-related experience.
• At least 2 years of direct outside sales experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
• Proven success using selling skills to influence and generate results.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and willingness to accept coaching.
• Basic competency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced-level degree.
• Sales-related certifications.
• Outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Touchstone Imaging and Lumexa imaging services.
• Build in-depth knowledge of the outpatient radiology industry, its services, and local competitors within the territory.
• Develop weekly call-routing plans and quarterly business plans.
• Use the Touchstone and Lumexa Imaging CRM system and business intelligence tools to guide targeting and resource allocation.
• Execute Touchstone and Lumexa Imaging marketing strategy.
• Manage the monthly promotional budget and marketing collateral.
• Partner with operations teams at specific Touchstone and Lumexa Imaging centers to ensure customer satisfaction and inform regional sales strategies.
• Understand and uphold all corporate compliance policies.
• Meet and exceed territory sales goals through strategic, face-to-face sales calls, focusing on growing referral volume to Touchstone Imaging Centers.
