About The Position

The Diagnostic Imaging Sales Specialist is responsible for meeting and exceeding territory sales goals through strategic selling and face-to-face sales calls. The role primarily focuses on growing referral volume to Touchstone Imaging Centers in the York, Pennsylvania territory. Success requires strong selling skills, business planning ability, flexibility, and the ability to produce results in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate job-related experience.
• At least 2 years of direct outside sales experience; healthcare-related experience is preferred.
• Proven success using selling skills to influence and generate results.
• Self-motivated and capable of working in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and willingness to accept coaching.
• Basic competency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Touchstone Imaging and Lumexa imaging services.
• Build in-depth knowledge of outpatient radiology services and the local competition within the assigned market.
• Develop weekly call-routing plans and quarterly business plans.
• Use the Touchstone and Lumexa Imaging CRM system and business intelligence tools to guide targeting and resource allocation.
• Execute Touchstone and Lumexa Imaging marketing strategy.
• Manage the monthly promotional budget and marketing collateral.
• Partner with operations teams at Touchstone and Lumexa Imaging centers to support customer satisfaction and inform regional sales strategies.
• Understand and uphold corporate compliance policies.
