About The Position

Park Nicollet is hiring a Medical Receptionist to support its Primary Care team. The position floats among clinics in Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Shakopee, Prior Lake, Lakeville, and Burnsville. Schedules may change at short notice, and the employee may need to switch clinic sites during a shift, so reliable transportation is required. The role may provide call-center support, answering and responding to patient and employer-group calls rapidly and accurately while meeting department expectations and following established procedures. It may also provide front-desk support by greeting patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling follow-up appointments and referrals, and completing clerical duties. Across both areas, the employee provides timely, courteous service, protects patient confidentiality, completes work professionally, supports process improvement and organizational changes, identifies themselves and the department during phone interactions, takes on related tasks, and maintains an orderly work area. The schedule is Monday through Friday in eight-hour shifts, with start times varying from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Occasional weekends are required, approximately every one to two months.
