About The Position

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to balance patient needs, maintain efficient office workflow, support physicians before, during, and after medical procedures, and provide patients with an excellent service experience. This is a float position supporting the Pennsylvania Ave, Knickerbocker, and Graham clinics as needed. The schedule requires availability Sunday through Friday, with shifts scheduled as needed between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English proficiency. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Paid training lasts 2–4 weeks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role.
Previous receptionist, front-desk, administrative, or customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative software.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Nice To Haves

Experience with scheduling, records management, data entry, insurance verification, or billing support.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and escort them to examination rooms.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes.
Perform data entry and administrative tasks accurately.
Use Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems.
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist with room turnover, and provide post-procedure instructions.
Support bilingual patient communication when applicable.
