About The Position

The Medical Receptionist serves as the customer service liaison for UHS practices, greeting patients with courtesy and respect and using exceptional communication skills. The role aims to provide patients with a seamless experience while following UHS policies for registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing. Work locations include UHS Binghamton General Hospital in Binghamton, New York, and Wilson Square at UHS Wilson Medical Campus in Johnson City, New York. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous medical, administrative, and customer service experience.

Knowledge of medical terminology.
