About The Position
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and support daily clinic operations at its outpatient office in Abingdon, Virginia. The receptionist checks in patients, receives payments, guides new patients through intake, and maintains a friendly, professional attitude while providing a “white glove” experience. The role also includes collecting urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed, maintaining daily financial records and reports, coordinating intakes with medical and clinical staff, providing clerical and logistical support, and overseeing patient accounts and financial responsibilities. Crossroads Treatment Centers provides evidence-based medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder and is committed to improving access to care. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.

- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration.

Responsibilities
