About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Medical Courier in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This mobile role follows a scheduled route and supports patient care by ensuring medical specimens and laboratory materials are transported safely, accurately, and on time. The courier communicates with healthcare and laboratory staff, documents and tracks deliveries using mobile tools, and follows applicable safety and handling requirements. A company-provided non-CDL vehicle is used. The listed schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Pay starts at $18.58 per hour; eligible employees may receive a shift differential of 10% for some or all second-shift hours and 15% for some or all third-shift hours. Successful candidates may also be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation. A $1,200 sign-on bonus is offered to external applicants. Requirements

Valid driver's license.
At least 3 years of driving experience.
Motor Vehicle Record documentation showing no more than two moving violation convictions in the previous 36 months, and none in the most recent 12 months.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road.
Comfort using mobile devices or scanning tools.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on the move for much of the shift.

Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and laboratory materials on a scheduled route.
