About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring Medical Couriers in Irving, Texas, to transport diagnostic specimens and laboratory materials on scheduled routes. Couriers help ensure that tests reach patients and laboratories accurately, safely, and on time. The role involves independently operating a company-provided non-CDL vehicle, communicating with healthcare and laboratory staff, using mobile tools to track deliveries, and following specimen-handling and safety requirements. Multiple schedules are available, including second-shift routes with start times between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and a Sunday-through-Friday route.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and at least three years of driving experience.
Provide a Motor Vehicle Record showing no more than two moving violation convictions in the previous 36 months and none in the most recent 12 months.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road.
Comfort using mobile devices or scanning tools.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on the move for much of the shift.

Nice To Haves

Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
