About The Position
Orthopedic Associates (OA) is seeking an eager and compassionate full-time Medical Assistant-Clinical to join its growing team at the Vandalia office. OA provides orthopedic care and describes its workplace culture as rooted in professionalism, positivity, respect, compassion, and integrity. The role supports physicians and care teams in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care, and includes occasional travel to other OA offices.
Requirements
- Health care industry experience as a CMA, MA, STNA, CNA, PCT, or similar.
- Commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide patient care, including removing dressings, splints, casts, braces, staples, and sutures; scribing HPI; and verifying medical history.
- Support physicians and care teams in providing efficient, high-quality care.
- Sterilize patient rooms and supplies.
- Provide reassurance and clear communication to patients as a trusted resource.
- Occasionally travel to other OA offices to provide support.
