About The Position
Christian Sitters is seeking a highly qualified professional with extensive Medicaid auditing experience to help ensure compliance and regulatory excellence. This role is for an experienced or retired Medicaid Auditor looking to work independently or join a growing healthcare team. Christian Sitters is a non-medical home care agency that offers non-skilled services to all our clients. Our personal care services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and helping individuals move between the bathroom, bed, and chair. Additionally, we provide homemaking services such as light meal preparation, light housekeeping, sweeping, mopping, laundry, changing bed linens, dishwashing, trash removal, vacuuming, bed-making, running errands, scheduling and accompanying to doctor appointments, pharmacy visits, grocery shopping, and hair appointments. Our goal is to assist in any way we can.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience as a Medicaid Auditor or Healthcare Auditor
- In-depth knowledge of Medicaid regulations, compliance requirements, audits, and documentation
- Proven experience reviewing healthcare provider records and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining the highest professional standards
