About The Position
Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and manage 3 to 15 employees during a scheduled shift. The role involves greeting customers and taking orders, operating the cash register and collecting payments, preparing consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, and safely and courteously delivering products from the store to customers. Assistant Managers also maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint and maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
- At least 18 years old.
