About The Position

The Media Insights Supervisor is a hands-on analytical contributor and frontline people manager on the Media Intelligence team. The role maintains an active portfolio of client reporting and analytical work while directly supervising, mentoring, and guiding Media Intelligence Associates, Analysts, and Senior Analysts. The Supervisor ensures reporting, analytical deliverables, and measurement activities meet agency standards and client goals, and acts as the first internal escalation point for analytical challenges, data quality issues, and complex measurement questions. The position partners closely with the Associate Director, Media Intelligence & Operations on workflow, account assignments, and process adherence. The role designs and delivers monthly reports, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and ad hoc analyses; presents findings to clients and turns performance trends into actionable recommendations; and reviews team deliverables for accuracy, context, and strategic relevance. The Supervisor oversees workflow, bandwidth, deadlines, reporting standards, and data governance and privacy compliance. In partnership with the Associate Director, the role updates training materials, templates, and documentation, supports onboarding and knowledge sharing, evaluates BI and measurement tools, contributes to process improvements, and collaborates with Integrated Planning and Campaign Operations as needed. This position is open in True Media offices in Dallas, Kansas City, Columbia, St. Louis, Portsmouth, and Minneapolis. It follows a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future.
