About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents in a senior living community. The role assists with medication administration and medication-program documentation, as well as appointments, pharmacy needs, and activities of daily living. Atria provides on-the-job and additional paid training, with opportunities for career growth and advancement. The stated wage range is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience. Required certifications vary by state.

Requirements

• Meet the state-minimum requirement for experience, certification, and/or licensure.
• No additional experience is required.
• Hold Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR certifications if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist older adults with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with team members in support of residents.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Hold Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR certifications when required by the state.
