About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents in a community setting. The role assists with medication administration and medication programs, while also helping older adults with appointments, pharmacy needs, and daily living activities. Team members work cooperatively and ethically in a supportive environment that offers paid training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.

The position requires meeting state-minimum requirements for experience, certification, and/or licensure. No additional experience is required. The wage range is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Meet state-minimum requirements for experience, certification, and/or licensure; no additional experience is required.
• Hold Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR certifications if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist older adults with doctor’s appointments, pharmacy needs, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
