About The Position

Watermark Retirement Communities is hiring a Med Tech to support residents in its senior living community. Med Techs safely deliver and administer medications while building meaningful relationships with residents. The role is suited to someone passionate about working with seniors, with experience in assisted living and memory care, and who brings a strong work ethic and a desire to make a positive impact.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Med Tech training program.
• Direct Caregiver Certification.
• High school diploma.
• At least six months of experience in long-term care, home care, or a related field; preferably as a Med Tech.
• Able to work some holidays and weekends.
• Enjoy working with seniors.
• Team-builder assessment skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in learning and growing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a memory care environment.
• Experience as a Med Tech.
