About The Position

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents in its communities. The role assists with medication administration and documentation, and helps older adults with appointments, pharmacy needs, and daily living activities. Team members work cooperatively in a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job paid training.

The wage range is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience. Benefit enrollment and reward amounts vary by employee classification and location.

Requirements

• Meet state-minimum requirements for experience, certification, and/or licensure; no additional experience is required.
• Hold Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR certifications if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist older adults with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with team members in support of residents.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
