About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents in its senior living communities. The role assists with medication administration and medication-program documentation, and helps older adults with appointments, pharmacy needs, and daily living activities. Team members work cooperatively in a supportive environment with opportunities for training, advancement, and career growth. State-minimum experience, certification, and/or licensing requirements apply; no additional experience is required. Atria provides any additional paid training needed. The wage range is $22.00 to $26.40 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Meet state-minimum requirements for experience, certification, and/or license; no additional experience is required.
• Hold Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR certifications if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist older adults with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in support of residents.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
