About The Position

Aegis Living is hiring a Medication Care Manager to support senior residents in an assisted living and Alzheimer’s care setting. The role involves dispensing medications, maintaining administration records, communicating changes in residents’ conditions, and assisting with physical care, meals, and activities. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday on the PM shift.

Requirements

• Be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with Nursing Delegation.
• Have knowledge of, or ability to learn, the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.
• Be skilled at building relationships with residents.
• Be able to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Be able to successfully complete the Aegis Medication Training Certification program.
• Have knowledge of and ability to assist residents with medications.
• Meet all health requirements, including acceptable TB screen results.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
