Med Spa Manager & Injector
About The Position
Hiatus Day Spa Med Spa is an expanding Texas enterprise focused on client experiences, well-being, and transformative outcomes. The Med Spa Manager & Injector will help shape and direct the company’s clinical operations and aesthetic services while supporting its growth. This dual-responsibility role combines leadership and management with part-time guest treatment work. The manager will oversee and develop a current team of twelve Injectors, with the team expected to grow, ensuring they have access to current techniques, products, and industry knowledge. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, strengthening client relationships, and supporting team and brand growth.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with significant experience.
- Leadership or management experience, with a proven record of teaching, developing, and mentoring team members.
- Self-motivated leadership, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency with software platforms for schedule management and reporting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Interview prospective Injector talent and train new Injectors on the company’s differentiators, treatment plans, product knowledge, memberships, and guest experience.
- Coach Injectors on building their business, designing treatment plans, offering memberships, and enhancing services.
- Identify continuing education opportunities, including development of innovative treatments and services tailored to guest needs.
- Update protocols and education manuals, and monitor industry trends, products, and techniques.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relations for all locations.
- Partner with vendors to make use of training, events, product knowledge, and ongoing support.
- Promote a culture of excellence and professionalism among the team.
- Collaborate with the Spa Management team to create a welcoming, positive, and supportive work environment.
- Provide treatments to guests part-time.
