About The Position
Oasis Dry Eye Center | Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking an experienced, outgoing Licensed Aesthetician to join its growing practice in Sugar Land, Texas. The award-winning practice offers a luxury patient experience combining personalized skincare, advanced aesthetic technology, and clinical expertise. The Aesthetician will provide exceptional skincare services and help create a welcoming experience that builds lasting patient relationships. The role includes performing HydraFacial treatments, customized facials, and other services within the Aesthetician’s professional scope; consulting with patients about skincare and treatment plans; educating patients on products and homecare; and discussing packages, memberships, and recommended treatments without high-pressure sales tactics. The Aesthetician will collaborate with clinical team members, maintain clean and sanitized treatment spaces, assist with inventory, documentation, and daily operations, and contribute to a professional team culture. Advanced treatments are assigned only in accordance with applicable licensing, training, supervision, and delegation requirements. The practice features HydraFacial, Morpheus8, IPL, Emsculpt Neo, Emface, Exion, Emsella, and other aesthetic technologies. Compensation is competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Active Texas Aesthetician license.
- Previous professional aesthetician experience.
- Hands-on HydraFacial experience.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, and treatment customization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or physician-led aesthetics practice.
- Familiarity with Morpheus8, IPL, Emsculpt Neo, laser hair removal, or advanced skin rejuvenation technologies.
- Experience with skincare retail recommendations and treatment packages.
- An established history of building loyal clientele and achieving patient satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality HydraFacial treatments, customized facials, and other services within the scope of professional practice.
- Conduct personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients about professional skincare products, homecare routines, and maintenance programs.
- Build patient relationships that encourage loyalty, referrals, and repeat visits.
- Discuss skincare packages, memberships, and recommended treatments without high-pressure sales tactics.
- Collaborate with clinical team members on advanced aesthetic treatment plans.
- Maintain treatment spaces that are clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
- Assist with inventory management, documentation, and daily practice operations.
- Contribute to an upbeat, professional, and welcoming team culture.
