About The Position

We are seeking qualified candidates for our Mechanical Field Service Technician II opportunity to join our Williamston, Michigan team! This position is responsible for providing technical service and customer support for blow molding machinery, including repair, maintenance, and customer training. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing equipment components, and completing detailed field service reports. This position requires traveling to USA and international locations (50% of the time) to service, train, and provide technical support, supporting Bekum products and services to ensure customer satisfaction, and assisting Production, Application, and Engineering departments as required.

Requirements

Minimum three (3) years experience in set-up, operation and servicing of Bekum blow molding machines, or minimum five (5) years related experience with blow molding machines in general.
Good skills in processing and troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Nice To Haves

Technical degree in a relevant field from a four (4) year college.
