About The Position

The Mechanical Express Specialist performs a variety of repairs to keep U-Haul’s fleet operating to company standards. The role uses U-Haul’s proprietary technology to assess and maintain field vehicles and requires following work orders, completing work promptly, and continuing to learn about U-Haul equipment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment using appropriate tools and in accordance with U-Haul standards.
• Follow work-order directions effectively.
• Perform work in a timely manner.
• Determine the causes of operating errors and decide what actions to take.
• Clearly identify and professionally express issues in positive or negative situations.
• Complete continued education about U-Haul equipment.
• Willingly assist in additional areas as necessary, following the supervisor’s direction and guidance.
